The change in the Median Sold price point from November 2019 to November 2020 is a $90k increase, which is significant compared to the $12k increase in the Median Sold price point from November 2018 to November 2019. Accordingly, there is a $102k increase in the Median Sold price point from November 2018 to November 2020.
For reference, the lower the DOM, the more robust the real estate market. A DOM under ten days most usually represents a seller's market. As you can see from the graph, the 17 days in November 2020 is 14 days less than the 31 days in November 2019 and 29 days less than the 46 days in November 2018. For the year-to-date in 2020, April 2020 has the lowest DOM at eight days.
