NW Portland homes are selling at a median speed of 47 days, which is 38% slower than the 34 days of December 2022. This is positive housing market news for NW Portland home buyers. Additionally, the 47 days of December 2023 are 262% slower than the 13 days of December 2021, which was the fastest housing market in December over the last four years.
