SE Portland Median Home Values are $420k, representing a 5% decrease from the December 2022 value of $440k. SE Portland Home Values have ranged wildly between December 2020 to 2023, but the average annual home value growth is 0% or flat. This is great news for SE Portland home buyers!

The Housing Market has been rocking and rolling for the previous few years in Portland, Oregon, and the surrounding cities of Hillsboro, Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Happy Valley, and Gresham, and negative or smaller appreciation is the equivalent of steadying the ship or bringing home values back within the appropriate growth ranges.
