AMAZING HOUSING INVENTORY GROWTH - July 2021 vs July 2022 in Portland, Oregon & beyond! ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ“ˆ๐Ÿก



In July 2022, every location had over one month of Housing Inventory, and North Portland, NW Portland, SW Portland, and Happy Valley had over two months of Housing Inventory.



And when we compare month-on-month, we can see that only NW Portland has remained flat. NE Portland, Happy Valley, and Hillsboro have single-digit growth. North Portland, SE Portland, SW Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, and Gresham have double-digit month-on-month growth.


Now, let's compare to July 2021 to see how much growth has happened over the past year.


Every location has at least double-digit growth, and North Portland, NE Portland, SE Portland, SW Portland, Hillsboro, Beaverton, Tigard, Happy Valley, and Gresham are showing triple-digit growth.


Will Housing Inventory continue to grow? That will be the question as we continue along in 2022. It's definitely exciting real estate activity and will be fun to watch.
