BUYER'S MARKET ALERT: NE Portland HOUSING INVENTORY is 2.15 Months! 🏡🙋‍♀️



The current Housing Inventory in NE Portland is 2.15 months, and NE Portland has been experiencing a buyer's market since June 2023. The current Housing Inventory of 2.15 months is 5% less than the December 2022 Housing Inventory of 2.27 months but is 183% more than the December 2021 Housing Inventory of .76 months.


The ideal real estate market would have 1.00 month of Housing Inventory, meaning Housing Supply perfectly satisfies Housing Demand.
