HIGHER HOUSING INVENTORY CONTINUES in Portland, OR & surrounding cities!📈🏡

The year-on-year Housing Inventory activity in Portland, OR & surrounding cities shows majority increases, and the current activity shows equal increases and decreases. Essentially, Housing Supply has risen since February 2023, and Housing Demand has somewhat plateaued. Higher Housing Inventory in Portland, OR & surrounding cities is good news for home buyers, but it will be interesting to see how long this trend will last.

If you can afford to buy now and refinance when the rates go down, this is the best opportunity to purchase a home with more inventory options, lower price points, and less competition. Trust me, there will be so much more competition when the rates go down.
