HOME SALES MAINTAIN STEADY PACE in Portland, OR & surrounding cities! 🏡📈
Homes Sales in Portland, Oregon & the surrounding cities have steadily increased since January 2023 but are still lower than in previous years.
Compared to 2019 to 2022, we can see that the 6,494 homes sold YTD in 2023 are:
2,918 homes less than in 2019
2,115 homes less than in 2020
4,218 homes less than in 2021
3,152 homes less than in 2022
So what does this tell us? The trends and being out in the market tell me the Housing Market remains robust, and while this current increase in Housing Inventory may curtail some of the bidding wars, it shouldn't slow down the number of Homes Sold. But it will be an interesting trend to watch!
