HOUSING DEMAND IS OUTPACING HOUSING SUPPLY in Portland, OR and the surrounding cities!🤼 🏡

We've been watching the Housing Supply decreasing since September 2022, but now Housing Supply is slightly increasing. Housing Demand has been teetering up and down over the last few months but is currently growing. So what does this tell us? The increase in Housing Demand is outpacing Housing Supply, which could lead to a more aggressive market and buyer bidding wars if this trend continues.

And while we want to avoid getting too excited by the month-to-month activity, it's surprising how much of an impact it has on the Housing Inventory. Watching the Housing Supply vs. Housing Demand trend for the next few months will be exciting.
