HOUSING INVENTORY CONTINUES TO RISE in Portland, OR & surrounding cities!๐Ÿ“ˆ๐Ÿก

The year-on-year Housing Inventory activity in Portland, OR & surrounding cities shows both increases and decreases, but the current activity shows more increases. Essentially, Housing Supply has been rising since January 2023, and Housing Demand isn't keeping pace. Increased Housing Inventory is good news for home buyers, but seeing how long this increase will last will be interesting.

If you can afford to buy now and refinance when the rates go down, this is the best opportunity to purchase a home with more inventory options, lower price points, and less competition. Trust me; there will be so much more competition when the rates go down.
