HOUSING INVENTORY IS ON THE BRINK in Portland, OR & surrounding cities! 🏡🤔

These higher Housing Inventory levels will not last long. The demand for housing will always be strong because we don't have enough housing to meet the population's needs. The small window for buyers to purchase a home at the list price or lower without the stress and competition of a more aggressive market is already closing. The multiple offers have already begun.

You are putting yourself in jeopardy if you're one of those home buyers sitting on the sidelines until the mortgage rates go down. If you can afford to buy now and then refinance when the rates go down, then this is the best opportunity to purchase a home with more inventory options, lower price points, and less competition. Trust me, there will be so much more competition when the rates go down.
