HOUSING INVENTORY IS UP & DOWN in Portland, OR & surrounding cities!📈🏡📉

Even though Housing Inventory is higher in Portland, OR & surrounding cities than in previous years, and most locations have over one month of inventory, we're still witnessing bidding wars. The demand for housing will always be strong because we don't have enough housing, or enough of the right housing, to meet the population's needs. The window for buyers to purchase a home at the list price or lower without the stress and competition of bidding wars may be closing.

You are jeopardizing yourself if you're one of those home buyers sitting on the sidelines until the mortgage rates drop. If you can afford to buy now and refinance when the rates go down, this is the best opportunity to purchase a home with more inventory options, lower price points, and less competition. Trust me, there will be so much more competition when the rates go down.
