Housing Supply and Demand are moving in different directions, with supply outpacing demand in Portland, OR & surrounding cities.

While this is good news for home buyers, it may be due to an influx of inventory now that school is out, but so far, demand hasn't caught up. This will be an interesting trend to watch as our current Housing Market continues to pick up speed. Will this extra inventory extinguish the bidding wars we've seen in the past few months?
