MORTGAGE RATES - July 2019 to July 2022 📈😳🏡

This graph is a great visual of how median Mortgage Rates for 30-year fixed mortgages have changed since July 2019.

While the rise in rates seems extreme, it does feel like it's plateauing here. It will be interesting to watch this graph over the remainder of 2022.

Additionally, the rise in rates could be a good thing for our local housing market, which has been overheated and aggressive for the past two years.
