NE Portland Home Prices from 2000 to now! 🏡📈


The median home price in NE Portland in the year 2000 was $150k, growing to $520k in 2021, which makes the average annual appreciation 6%, so right in line with the approximate range of 4% to 6%. The highest annual growth was 20% between 2004 & 2005, and the lowest annual growth was (8%) between 2008 & 2009. This brings us to the current median home price of $550k in March 2022. So if you purchased your home in 2000, you've gained approximately $400k in equity.
