North Portland Home Prices from 2000 to now! ๐Ÿก๐Ÿ“ˆ

The median home price in North Portland in the year 2000 was $120k, growing to $500k in 2021, which makes the average annual appreciation 7%, so a little bit higher than the approximate range of 4% to 6%. The highest annual growth was 20% between 2004 & 2005, and the lowest annual growth was (7%) between 2008 & 2009. This brings us to the current median home price of $540k in March 2022. So if you purchased your home in 2000, you've gained approximately $420k in equity.
