NOV 2022 - THE SPEED OF THE HOUSING MARKET! - Portland, OR & surrounding cities! 🏡📈🏃‍♀️

November 2022 shows all locations but Lake Oswego with a days-on-market (DOM) of 10 days or more and four locations having a DOM of 20 days or more. And although November 2022 DOM is higher than November 2021 DOM, it's lower than November 2019 DOM, which is the last November before the Housing Market was turbo-charged via historically low mortgage rates. It's actually surprising that the market hasn't slowed down more, given how much higher mortgage rates are in 2022.
