The NE Portland Housing Market has sped under the 10-day mark for the last two months. Will it stay that way, like the majority of months from April 2020 to July 2022, or will it return to the slower market of August 2022 to February 2023? I think it will remain under the 10-day mark for at least the next few months. What do you think?
